Websites & business tools for local businesses

You run the business. I build the tools that grow it.

Online booking, instant quotes, payments, paperwork and marketing that work around the clock. You spend your time on the work that pays, and more of your leads turn into revenue.

What I build

Take back the hours that don't make you money

Phone tag, quotes, invoices and paperwork eat into every owner's week. I replace that busywork with tools that do it for you and bring in more customers while they're at it.

Phone tag to book a job

Online booking

Customers check availability and book 24/7, even while you're out on a job.

Writing quotes by hand

Instant estimates

A price calculator answers "how much?" before they call your competitor.

Chasing payments

Online payments

Card payments, deposits and invoices handled automatically. Get paid before the work starts.

Printing and filing contracts

E-signed agreements

Customers sign on their phone. Every signed copy is saved with the booking.

Customers who can't find you

Get found on Google

Fast, mobile-friendly sites and local SEO so you show up for "near me" searches.

Remembering to post on social

Marketing on autopilot

New work, open dates and fresh reviews posted for you, so customers keep seeing your name.

Dave Balzen Equipment Rentals homepage with the company logo and a Find your trailer button

My own business · Dave Balzen Equipment Rentals

I build for my own business, too

I'm launching a trailer rental business in Blanchester, OH, and I built its website and booking setup myself before the first rental. It's the same work I do for clients, held to the standard I'd want as the owner.

Live now

  • "What's the job?" finder that matches customers to the right trailer
  • Photos, specs, hitch requirements and rates for every trailer
  • Online booking and rental protection through Towlos
  • An admin dashboard where I update trailers, photos, prices and booking links myself
  • Set up for local search, so Google knows where I am and what I rent

Built and ready to switch on

  • Its own booking calendar with instant quotes, e-signed rental agreements and online payments, for when I move off Towlos
I know what it's like to run a business, because I run one. Everything I build for you has to earn its keep.

Two demo sites built for different kinds of business. Click through, everything works.

Hickory & Ash Smokehouse demo: giant poster headline on pink butcher paper with a receipt-style pit report
Demo · Restaurant & BBQ

Hickory & Ash Smokehouse

A live "next off the pit" countdown and pit report tell customers what's ready and when to show up. The catering calculator turns "how many people?" into an exact order and price, so big orders come in already priced.

Atelier Nine

A live "openings today" card fills empty chairs: tap a time and it's booked in under a minute, with no phone call. Prices update for hair length and stylist level, so the quote matches the bill.

FAQ

Common questions

I'm not a tech person. Is that a problem?

No. That's the point. I handle the setup, hosting and updates. You get tools that are simple to use and a walkthrough when we launch together.

How much of my time does this take?

About an hour or two across the whole project: the free review, sending me your photos and details, and giving feedback on the draft.

Can you work with the tools I already use?

Usually, yes. Tell me what you use for payments, scheduling or bookkeeping in your free review and I'll build around it instead of making you switch.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. Your domain is in your name and you get a full copy of your site and tools. If you ever want to move it, I'll help you do it.

Can you redo my existing website?

Yes. Redesigns start at $900. Send me the link and I'll quote it for free.
